The development of the high-power condenser modules in China begins with thelow crystalline silicon cell module of the condenser. With the continual innovation ofthe technology, high-power condenser is brought out followed and the batteries havebeen replaced by the relatively high photoelectric conversion efficiency of GaAsthin-film ones as well. Other countries have already developed1000times theconcentrator module. Recently company A holds the skills to make the concentratorphotovoltaic business extend to new enterprises from related fields or get the newenterprises after having the relevant successful R&D experience. Successful bulkcopies of the original design in a mass production ensure the batch productionproperty is in line with the prototype from R&D which could make the productioncosts under the effective control. The program with freestyle technology is in line withnational industry which is encouraged by the state. Now with the strategic partner ofState Grid and fixed application customers, there will be a broad market prospect.It is proved through the related theory of assessment regarding program financialin this article that company A’s program of using High-power concentrating PVequipment to generate electricity is advanced and applicable, rational and effective, aswell as possibility and feasibility with strong practicality, predictability, and guidance.On the one hand, it provides reliable scientific basis for investment decisions for theprogram and also it has important roles of the guidance for the program building upand management which could help to improve investment efficiency and to avoidinvestment risk. On the other hand, the financial assessment studies of usingHigh-power concentrating PV equipment to generate electricity program provides acertain reference value for future investment of using high-power concentrating PVequipment to generate electricity.This article is divided into5parts. The preamble describes the background andsignificance of this article. Part2is an overview of relevant theory start from theprogram of financial evaluation and include definition, role, method steps, meaning ofof program evaluation, as well as some financial evaluation indicators in order to help readers better understand the article. Part3is a basic introduction of the program andanalyses the necessity of investing the program also the market status to conclude thesignificant meaning of investing this program. Part4is regarding the investingfinancial assessment. Estimated with the program financial evaluation of the relevantfinancial data, prepared the financial statements, and then on this basis, the analysis ofthe financial evaluation and uncertainty analysis examines the program’s profitabilityand ability to withstand risks, and evaluated the national economy based on thisprogram.
