In an increasingly competitive market, the idea "Quality is the essential things of an enterprise to survive" has been accepted by more and more employers. Continuously improve product quality until "zero-defects" has already been a key method to enhance the competition of enterprise, guarantee market share and continuous operating.Since reform and open, the product quality has improved a lot, but overall, quality problem is still the main obstacle to raise market share and increase economic benefit. It is because quite a few enterprises aren’t able to do zero-defects quality cost management effectively. They can use quality loss and cost driver analyses to address the unqualified problem, by increasing the preventative spent and the construction of zero-defects quality cost management system, the enterprise can identify the improvements opportunity, achieve zero-defects products and lowest quality cost for enterprise purposes, finally realize the enhancement of economic benefit and market competition ability.The thesis consists of six chapters:Chapter1, prefaces. This chapter briefly introduces the research background, meaning and purpose of this study, the research status, research and research methods.Chapter2, Summary of the theory. This chapter focuses on the theories involved, including the traditional cost of quality management theory and zero-defect quality cost management theory, provided adequate theoretical support for the next paper.Chapter3, the zero-defect quality cost management challenge to the traditional quality cost management. This chapter describes the drawbacks of the traditional quality cost management as well as the advantages of zero-defect quality cost management.Chapter4, the cost of zero-defect quality management system. This chapter introduces the principles and procedures to carry out the cost of zero-defect quality management.Chapter5. the application of zero-defects quality cost management in company A. This chapter introduces company A’s management status and production flow, analyzing the necessity and feasibility of zero-defects quality cost management for the company. Using theories of quality cost management under zero-defects, combining its actual conditions, reveals company A’s quality cost problem and influences. And through construct zero-defects quality cost management culture and increase preventive cost, a new method is proposed for company A to help decrease lose cost and archive zero-defects quality cost, in order to enhance global competitive advantage, increase economic efficiently and promote the key competitive ability of enterprise.Chapter6, conclusions and prospects. This chapter summarizes the whole paper, points out the insufficiencies in the thesis and identifies the new research direction.In the research methodology, the author studies this proposal by reading large number of books and thesises, analyzes the present theories in quality cost management under zero-defects at home and abroad to confirm the orientation and key point of this thesis. Using case study method, I go deep into company A’s internal to understand the real situation and existing problems of Company A, management theory and the use of zero-defects quality costs, competitive advantage, improve economic efficiency to help Company A, making the company’s core competitiveness would be enhanced.
