With the rapid development of market economy and the implementation of the opening and reform policy, national wealth also showed a rapid growth, also the increase of economy and inflation will inevitably promote the way of storing wealth from cash, which is easily influenced by inflation and exchange rate. Diversified investment’s popularity, monetary equivalent market and the comprehensive development of capital market made an investment mode, which combined diversification and wealth management. In financial products market, commercial bank financing products occupied the main, and this essay focuses on the core members of commercial bank----the financial product yield issued by the state-owned commercial Banks.This article begins with the development history of financial products market, classifies the financial products with different criterions, and predicts the developing trend and direction by studying the development of financial products. With the deep research of authoritarian data and application of descriptive statistics and comparative statistics, we discussed the financial product yields of state-owned commercial bank.From further horizontal comparison and longitudinal comparison, financial products of state-owned commercial banks with other types of commercial bank respectively, and with the issue of investment portfolios, asset management products, obtained the conclusion:state-owned commercial banks issued large scale, product information disclosure degree is high, and gradually taking difference competitions paces; But there is still some disparity to share-holding commercial banks; And the state-owned commercial bank financial products as well as the fund has his strong point.Based on the above conclusions, this paper also puts forward proposals and suggestions, including:to accelerate the transformation of retail banking business,; Increasing innovation, to promote the product diversity; Value differentiation competition strategy, strengthen the operating flexibility; Strengthen financial products risk management, improve financial product price quality. The purpose of this article is to give fair suggestions to achieving sound development of the market of financial products, and also to the financial product designers and issuers.
