Research On Development Of Lu Country’s Industrial Park

Since the late years of the20th century, gathered through the formation of specific forms of competitive advantages of industrial clustering has brought a new idea to economic development, regional and national competitive advantage enhancement.The formation of industrial agglomeration not only promoted the professionalization of the region process of production, but also enhanced competitive advantage, promoted the economic development of the whole region by interaction between economic agents and learning industry economies of scale and effective.This paper takes the basic characteristics of industrial parks as the background, comprehensive uses of industrial economics, regional economics, institutional economics and other disciplines relevant theory, and analysis methods. This article is divided into six chapters, deeply studied the profile of Lu County Industrial Park, performance assessment and evaluation of Industrial Park, what principle industrial park development should adhere to, and discussed the path and the government’s role in the process of development of Lu County Industrial Park.This article introduces the performance evaluation model of industrial park by Peng Lei, chief economist of Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Park Development (Group) Co., Ltd. This article established performance evaluation index system for the case of Lu County Industrial Park, came to the conclusion of the performance of Lu County Industrial Park in the middle and the poor state of the threshold. In the future development of Lu County Industrial Park, we should conjunct with the principle of competition, the principle of limited government intervention, market operation and the principle of integrating the role of government, promote the construction of industrial parks from the macro and micro levels, build a hierarchical cluster structure of the park, achieve the subject of sound development of multi-dimensional interaction. The future development of Lu County Industrial Park should not only focus on the present, the park should foster sustainable development. We must speed up the formation of the Cluster’s economy, grasp the central role of innovation in enterprise development, establish an incentive mechanism of human resources, but also vigorously develop the circular economy, promote the Government’s important role in the development of the park, spare no efforts to filtered Lu County Industrial Park into a development of ecological harmony with nature, promote sustainable economic and social development.This paper based on the basic theory of industry cluster and industrial parks, use the method of model analysis, starting up from the existing research results, through the industrial park development principles, approaches and other aspects of analysis, drawing on international instruments on the advanced developed countries on Lu County, brought proposals of the future operation of industrial parks, management and development. Wish this paper would help develop the industrial park of Lu County.
