The purpose of this study based on in-depth analysis onKingdee K/3software, generally suitable for the actual situation of small and mediumenterprises in China by analyzing the current situation of small and medium enterprises inChina’s internal control system and the problems of internal control system. And further through theestablishment of the system of internal controls and improve risk control capacity in the course of itsoperations, to achieve the long-cherished wish of its bigger and stronger, strong impetus for thefurther healthy and rapid development of China’s economic and social. This study used a combinationof qualitative and quantitative analysis of the empirical analysis and normative analysis of thecombination of two methods. The results obtained: First, find the main problems of internal control;internal control system model is constructed; is an effective strategy for the building of small andmedium enterprises in China’s internal control system. Eventually come to three basic conclusions:First, China’s small and medium enterprises internal control problems are more prominent, thereis concern; Second, the model of the internal control system for small and medium enterprises inChina is a complex systems engineering; third internal control systems of small and mediumenterprises in China to build a long way to go, but significant, and a bright future.
