Since PRC founding, rural financial service system has been formed with policy finance,financial and commercial cooperation financial system. However, the development ofrural financial service system produced no effective supply and demand mechanism, andgave no good solution to rural economic "bottleneck" problems. Our rural financialservice system reform has been lagging behind in the rural economic development needs.Therefore, the research of rural financial service system construction will be helpful forimproving the rural financial environment, and promoting the sustainable development ofnational economy.As the capital of our country, international metropolis, the modernization of Beijing hasattracted worldwide attention. In addition, Beijing’s economic structure has typical dualcharacteristics, therefore, its rural financial services system must adapt to the diverserequirements.The thesis focuses on the construction of rural financial service system problems inBeijing. It analyzes the existing problems through empirical way, and gives the innerreason of imperfect financial services supply mechanism by the supply and demand model.On the basis of the reference of foreign experience, the thesis discusses how to play to thefunction of government, and how to solve resources allocation problem.
