In a long term, influenced by traditional business ideas, enterprises always ignoreprotecting the benefits of the enterprises’ interrelated beneficiaries in the business anddeveloping process. The concept of “Corporate Social Responsibilityâ€(CSR) wasfirstly mentioned in the year of1924. British scholar Oliver Sheldon brought up thisassignment from the academic perspective for the first time.With the fast development of economics and intense competition, many retailenterprises often take some inappropriate actions such as destroying the environment,causing damage to consumers and hurting social public benefits so as to chase thehigh level profits and consistently realize maximize their own benefits. The societyhas already paid out miserable cost because of those immoral behaviors. The basicreason for the enterprises’ inappropriate actions is that the enterprises don’t have aclear idea about CSR and don’t have the sense to bear the responsibility either. In thedevelopment of retail enterprises, CSR can no longer be neglected any more and it hasto cause great attention. The enterprise which gains its own benefits through hurtingothers and damaging social rules cannot get continued and healthy development.The main theme of this paper is the situation of Corporate Society Responsibilityof Circulating enterprise in our country, seven parts in total. The first part:Introduction part, introducing the research objectives, content, background, methodsand the key problems need to be solved. The second part, the theory review part,introducing the development history and concept of the Corporate SocietyResponsibility, especially the framework map of Circulating Corporate SocietyResponsibility. The third part, the current situation of Circulating Corporate SocietyResponsibility in our country, both positive and negative, the negative part is theemphasis, and then discussing the bad influence and results because of the missing ofCorporate Society Responsibility. The fourth part, the external and internal reasonsthat cause the missing of Corporate Society Responsibility. The fifth part: the positiveeffectiveness analysis of carrying out the Corporate Society Responsibility, both forthe society and the circulating corporate.
