Study On The Connection Between The Character Of Zhejiang Enterprise And Its Risk Management Based On After-crisis-time

Risk-management has been a long-term studied subject all over the world, thetheory system of its has been quite completed, and has also been applied to somebanks, investment companies, securities exchange and some other companies.However, its application environment within abroad has not been very matural.AS avery important part of Chinese private economy, the culture and character ofZhejiang businessman and their enterprise has been studied and the theory has beendeveloped. This paper aims at the connection between the character of Zhejiangenterprise and their risk-management, combined as a whole subject, and also thereflection of after-crisis time environment, which may not only bring a challenge tothe Zhejiang business, but also strengthen or weaken the connection. The result of thisstudy not only finds the character of Zhejiang businessman can have a positivereflection on the performance of their risk-management, but also confirmed the pointthat “humanity “is the root of the three characters. Besides, at the back-ground ofafter-crisis environment, the more the enterprise influenced, the stronger theconnection is.
