Management is the management of people at first and mainly. How we think about the people, how we understand the humanity, restricting what kind of management styles would be taken by the administrators. Always the administrators have adopted the corresponding way to organize , lead , control and encourage people all based on their thoughts of the human , different human theories reflect as different management ideas and behaviors in practice. So, human theory must be the foundations of the management, management could be called as "the studying of humanity" in certain meaning. The human theories is not only determining the forming and development of the management theory but also restricting the human management practice activity. So, realizing and understanding the humanity correctly is very important to management successful. This thesis is to looking for the scientific management style in the discussion of the humanity question.The full thesis formed by foreword and five chapters. The foreword part has put forward an important subject that must be studied in philosophy of managing, i.e. the questions of humanity and management. Have put forward the study method should be taken and the logic framework of article, summarize the main views and the innovations of article. In chapter one, have carried on the preliminary discussion to the humanity and the management —the relation questions of humanity and management. Some awkward situations existing from management are enlightened: Management must be the management in people, only understanding humanity correct, could take management tactics that correspond to it, reach the goal of management. Chapter two has been reviewed and appraised to the main humanity thoughts in China and Western philosophy. The third chapter is to do exhaustive exposition to the theory of humanity of Marxist philosophy, analyzed the relations and differences between the human essence and humanity included, have proposed that need is the final explanation of the humanity by Marx. Chapter four was analyzed the modern management thought is based on people's need immediately, four kinds of humanity assumption theories which the western management experts put forward. In chapter five have expounded my own understanding of humanity which based on humanity theories in philosophy and the humanityassumptions theories in management, have proposed " new complicated people " assumption in the theory and probed into the problem of corresponding implementation of management style.
