Agriculture as a national basic and strategic industry, it is a important cornerstone for social stability and national economy development. Vigorously developing our country agriculture and raising agricultural productivity level, has important significance for China’s social stability and sound development of the national economy. Agricultural listed company as the development of our country agriculture and market connection bridge, is powerful in the adjustment of agricultural structure, and it is the main force to promote the industrialization of our country agriculture comprehensive grading. Agricultural listed company is our country shows level agriculture to the representative of the advanced enterprises, this should be play an active role in the promotion of agricultural science and technology achievements, promotion industrialization of our country agriculture and increasing farmer income.However, because of various complex reasons, listed agricultural companies in their own development process there is relatively common and serious phenomenon of non-agricultural businesses, agricultural listedcompany’s financial situation is very unstable.However, the listed agricultural companies in a wide range of non-agricultural operations, but did not give an enterprise to bring good business performance. In this paper, by using the principal components analysis method, selects75listed agricultural company of11financial index in2010as sample data, from the profit ability, debt paying ability, outspread ability and growth ability four respects analysis and evaluation of the agricultural listed companies corporate performance. Study found that, most of the agricultural listed companies overall performance level is on the low side, and between each enterprises performance gap is more remarkable, part of agricultural listed companies only emphasize enterprise some abilities unique ability and ignore, neglect the enterprise comprehensive performance level, affect the development of enterprises.In fourth chapter concludes the four principal component score and enterprise performance based on scoring, and considered part of the control variables, using the method of econometrics, the related hypotheses are tested, and the empirical results for a certain statement and summary. Put forward the related hypothesis, through descriptive statistics, mean, variance analysis, regression analysis and other empirical research hypothesis. Conclusion:agriculture listed companies non-agricultural operations on enterprise integrated performance, profitability, debt-paying ability, growth ability effect. Based on the analysis and evaluation, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions. First, active efforts to develop agriculture the main business of the listed agricultural companies, forming a unique core competitiveness, and constantly improve the corporate performance; Secondly, perfect agriculture listed companies a modern enterprise system; Third, strengthen pair of agriculture listed company supervision; Fourth, pay attention to development of agricultural listed companies, giving more preferential policies of agricultural investment;Fifth, pay attention to management personnel, improve the quality of managers.
