Research On Operating Performance Of Agricultural Listed Company

As a basic industry of the national economy，agriculture is experiencing atransformation, the CPC Central Committee placed "three rural" issue on the economicand social development of China’s "top priority" as an important form of thedevelopment of agricultural industrialization, after20years’ agriculturaldevelopment,the number of listed companies has begun to take shape. However, due tothe weak nature of the capital markets as well as a high degree of market-orientedagriculture itself requires agricultural enterprises must improve their businessperformance in order to achieve efficient use of capital markets. A comprehensiveevaluation of the system of Agricultural Listed Companies operating performance andlook for effective ways to improve performance so as to promote sound and rapidagricultural development of listed companies to achieve the grand goal of Chineseagricultural industry. This paper studies conducted on this issue.My paper bases on the theory of domestic agricultural industry and enterpriseperformance evaluation, I use two-year(2008and2012) financial data as a sample tomeasure operating performance of agricultural listed companies from the financial pointof view, and contrast two-year performance ranking. Secondly, I select two case studiesin the city of the Great Northern Wilderness which operates quite well and Lam shareswhich performance management confusion led to lower final delisting. The analysisfound that China’s overall economic performance of listed agricultural companies’profitability is low, asset management is not strong, and I also found that a higherproportion of earnings performance factor of the total, indicating that the majority ofour agricultural profitability of listed companies still use operating performance as anevaluation of the main factors, research and academic performance evaluation strategiesgenerally accepted theory far, the old concept of business performance resulting indirection or agricultural companies to diversify, or go back farming operations. While ahandful of companies in order to achieve the requirements of the capital market, profitsand other financial data falsification, exit the stock market. The above problem showsthat China’s agricultural listed companies improve operational performance objectivesand to promote the development of agricultural enterprises inconsistent with theobjectives, the impact on the industrialization of agriculture is weak. Finally, theanalysis on the basis of the previous paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations. Given the analysis of the evolution of China’s agricultural listedcompanies and large span less time performance analysis and business performancewhile on this article,I hope to guide listed companies by studying the development ofChina’s agricultural practices in the future.
