Since1980s, China’s banking industry informationization work in more thanthirty years of development has been very productive in like a raging fire. TheCommercial Bank of our country has formed the basic data storage, electronicoperation and management system, The bank card, POS machine, self-help tellermachine, online banking, mobile phone banking, telephone banking and Etc, hasbecome the representative equipment of banks. They greatly improved the operatingefficiency of banks, fueled the rapid development of China’s modern banking. Thebank’s business is information technology and ever more diverse. In recent years,information and financial services such as intermediate business income ofcommercial banks in total revenue accounted more expansion, the information servicehas become a commercial bank’s main business innovation and profit growth. one canprovide perfect information service of commercial bank is the bank that has marketcompetition ability. As a result of the bank information system must have very highopen, its security is greatly influenced by external information networks. As dailyoperation and management of commercial banks will face great complexity, plusinformation on risk was originally conceal and uncertain, the commercial bankinformation security becomes a mind boulder of international industry management.China’s commercial banks for the information security risk management researchis still at the stage of reference and foreign standards and experience, with Europe andthe United States advanced management of water is still a big gap compared.Compared with European and American banks, China has No outbreak-level event oflarge losses, the reason is that the bank information system lack of opening up and theenforceable strong country legally. However, with the all-round development ofChina’s banking, information systems exposure will definitely grow. Especially somelarge banks internationalization strategy has been implemented for a long time, tillthen rely on the domestic law, will be the lack of binding. Therefore, that how toeffectively manage our country commercial bank information security risk, becomes aproblem that scholars, domestic banks and regulators must tackle.Based on the above basis, the author began the research. Today, the research inChina is still in the stage of exploration, I can not rash raved study there is a huge innovation, I only hope that this article can be on commercial bank informationsecurity management work to a certain extent exploration effect. This article mainlyincludes three parts of contents:The first part consists of Chapters1and2. First, departure from the concept ofinformation security risks, this section explains the significance and necessity ofinformation security risk management, and put forward ideas and methods. Then, thispart put the research status on Summary of the commercial banks’ informationsecurity management, operational risk management, briefly described the domesticand foreign existing safety standards and information security managementmethodology the main content and characteristic.The second part consists of Chapters3,4,5. This part described the CommercialBank of our country informatization develops the current situation, elaborated therisks of the bank information applications, by field analysis of the six riskcharacteristics and the causes of four areas. On this basis, the4th and5th chapterproposed based on risk management, information technology, security operation ofcommercial bank’s information security risk management system construction, anddescribed and analyzed a system of detailed measures.The third part is the6th chapter. This part combines the specific bank networksecurity solution for the management plan, carried out the practice of introduction andanalysis.
