The Research Of Financial Risk Assessment Of Financial Listed Companies In China

With further speed up the process of economic globalization, the environment offinancial globalization has become more and more mature, especially for economicand social development, the financial industry plays an increasingly important role,the scale and the level of development of the financial industry are becoming animportant indicator of measuring a country’s economic development level. Therefore,the research of the risks of the financial industry, especially the risks of the financiallisted companies is particularly necessary, as a business risk, the research onevaluating of the financial risk has some practical significance.Firstly, by consulting the relevant literature, this paper summarized the researchstatus at home and abroad, and elaborated the building of corporate financial riskevaluation index system and the choice of evaluation method; Secondly, this paperanalyzed the sources of corporate financial risk and financial risk factors, Accordingto the results of the analysis, this paper choose some indicators from the six aspects ofsolvency, profitability, shareholder profitability, development capacity,operationalcapacity and cash flow ability to build China’s financial industry listed company’sfinancial risk assessment system; Thirdly, combined with Construction of evaluationindex system, the use of factor analysis on the six aspects of the listed companies ofChina’s financial sector-level indicators were factor analysis, and use the CRITICmethod to calculate the weight of the indicator, Fourthly， Evaluated the China’sfinancial sector listed companies’ financial risk comprehensively and then analyzedthe evaluation results; Finally, According to the results of evaluation, this paper putforward several suggestions such as crisis management, risk forecasting, internalcontrols and a reasonable investment.
