The electromechanical products R&D enterprise as an important factor ofcountry’s economic development and motive power of machinery manufacturingindustry, the key for developing is independent innovation. With the intensificationof market competition and diversification of customer needs, enterprises began tofocus on the influence of the factors such as the cycle of product R&D and the cost.Therefore, the enterprises oriented to electromechanical products R&D projectemerged as these new changes. Aiming at high degree customization, small batch,product variety, complex process, order strategies and uncertain suppliers duringthe procurement process, the dissertation firstly describes the factors that impactthe time and the cost during the procurement process, and establishes a BPRprocurement process model based on Petri Net whose analysis results show that thismodel can effectively solve the time and efficiency problem during the procurementprocess. Then ABC classification and AHP are used to classify purchase orders.According to different order types, use different procurement strategies,particularly the procurement of critical materials, to establish multi-objective andmulti-constraint just-in-time procurement model based on comprehensiveconsideration of the purchase price, quantity, discount rate, delivery and otherfactors, and then use genetic algorithms to get the optimal procurement orderingstrategy. After that, analyze the difficulties in quantifying and determining weightduring the procurement of electromechanical products R&D projects, and combinefuzzy matter-element method and entropy method to scientifically determine theevaluating indicators and the corresponding weight. The proposed model has someapplication value and significance for choosing optimal suppliers. Lastly it appliesUML to build a functional model, database model as well as realization modeloriented procurement management system for the electromechanical products R&Dproject. |
