B2B/B2C Joint Distribution Process Reengineering Of Urban Food Cold-chain Logistics

For the past few years,with the development of Internet technology,fresh food E-commerce grows rapidly,the demand of urban food cold chain B2C home delivery also increase day by day.But cold chain home delivery has a great deal of characteristics,including multispecies,small amount and home delivery customer location dispersion,so that cold-chain cost is high for independent distribution,restricted the healthy development of cold chain home delivery.In the meantime,cold chain logistics distribution of B2B business,the low car space utilization,the distribution problem of low efficiency,also increased the cold-chain logistics distribution costs.Therefore,based on the above problems,this article create a new distribution process,which is reengineering the B2B/B2C joint distribution process,to realize the rational allocation of logistics resources.In this paper,from the perspective of business process reengineering to study urban food cold-chain distribution,using the method of process modeling and the theory of business process reengineering,to analysis and re-engineering the urban food cold chain logistics distribution process,reducing urban food cold-chain B2C home delivery costs,and improve the distribution efficiency of cold chain enterprises.This paper mainly research contents are as follows:(1)Through a large number of reference literature,summarized the common link in cold chain logistics distribution,detailed analysis of the current distribution of B2B and B2C business separate distribution process,and by applying the method of fishbone,analyzes the existing problems of distribution process,for redesigning and reengineering urban food cold chain logistics distribution process lays the foundation,and then put forward in this paper,process reengineering objectives and train of thought,reengineering the B2B/B2C joint distribution process,and analyzes the change of each segment among before and after process reengineering the change.(2)Based on the analysis of existing urban food cold chain logistics distribution process,combine the Petri nets theory,using Petri nets to reengineering business process modeling method before and after the distribution of process modeling,and use the correlation matrix analysis method to establish the process reengineering respectively before and after the behavior characteristics of Petri net is analyzed,to ensure that established in this paper,Petri nets model is accurate,lay the foundation for the following chapter to simulate the Petri nest models.(3)Using Beijing W food logistics co.,LTD.,as an example,using the simulation tool Arena of urban distribution before and after the food cold chain logistics reengineering process simulation analysis respectively,the analysis of process reengineering process before and after the running time,the change of the index such as resource utilization situation,to verify the rationality of the distribution process reengineering in this paper.
