Corporate internal communication is very important for management and effectivecommunication between management staff, which is a necessity for organization to gain highefficiency in operation. The ability of internal communication also enjoys great importance incompanies’ soft power. Rapid development of the information age has lay more requirementson transparency, integrity, accuracy and timeliness of internal communication. State-ownedcompanies, skeleton force of national economy, have to lay more emphasis on accuracy andobjectiveness of internal communication.This article elaborates on needs, effects and satisfaction of corporate internal informationcommunication via analysis of state-owned companies’ internal communication’s currentstatus. Based on the quantitative analysis, the article has the result below: the manager ofstate-owned companies has different communication needs with the employees; for the effectof communication, state-owned companies has good communication accuracy and objectivity,but the allsidedness and timeliness of the communication is not very good; for the satisfaction,the managers has higher satisfactions than the normal employees.Based on the prior research for communication status, this article also explores factorswhich influenced information communication from individual and organization perspectives.For the individual aspect, different leadership style and employee character will influence thecommunication. For organization aspect, the leaders of state-owned companies have not paidtoo much attention on communication patterns, and there are some problems incommunication channel of these companies.Finally, this article proposes a series of solutions based on above analysis: establishpositive corporate culture to improve internal communications; strengthen performance assessfor internal communications; build scientific organizational structure; improve internalcommunication system; adjust internal communication contents and select proper informationcommunication channel.
