The Internal Management Communication Of YT Group

Management communication played more and more important role in today’ enterprises. The enterprise have communication problem which severely affect the healthy development of enterprise. A enterprise could enhance the core competitiveness and management efficiency by improve the internal management communication. YT Group as the large-sized state-owned enterprise in the province is in structure adjustment and reform significant period, make a good deal with the internal problem is helpful for the smooth and steady development of the Group.This article studies the management theory at the beginning, then we discuss YT Group. In order to find some common communication problem inside YT Group, we analysis the current situation in the Group. In this article we analyse the situation from:the way of communication, the direction of information transmit, up, down, crosswise, obliqueness and the operation efficiency of YT Group. In the next chapter the main obstacle in routine communication appear through the survey paper. Such as, There is not enough encouragement in the communication environment; The lack of long period management target; The lack of official communication between department; Different management styles in the subordinate companies. At last of this article give improvement suggestion in allusion to the obstacle that mention above. Including, how to make a management target; how to create enterprise management culture; lead the official communication to right direction. All of these suggestion can implemented to improve the internal communication of the Group.This article research YT Group and give the suggestion. The final aim is to solve the communication problem that the Group face in daily work, the writer also hopes the suggestion can help more enterprises solve their communication problems.
