Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s land market, land appraisal industry has gradually expanded, involving government, finance, real estate and other fields. However, the industry of China’s land evaluation to the entire industry because of its defects brought no small risk, and its closely related to the interests of the body by the threat of the associated risks. Now the land within the industry but not a standardize and improve the risk control system. To the healthy development of China’s land appraisal industry and maintain the stable development of the land market, we need to how to avoid risks, to build a sound risk control system on the agenda.In this paper, the land assessment of the status of the industry now start to analyze the risks, the risk assessment model, Pixian County instance of a mortgage on land assessment was validated by the results of the verification found the city’s land assessment of the industry there is a big risk, and finally to system construction as the starting point, under the follow in favor of the land market, a number of principles to build the12risk control system as the core risk control system.The contents of this article consists of seven chapters, the first chapter is by the introduction of this article, constitutes research background and significance of domestic and international progress in the study, research methods, technical routes.
