Material assets are the company’s core resources, and the stand or fall of materials management will affect the products and quality of service provided to customers and competitiveness in the market. With the grid size, electricity sales, the basic construction and production and maintenance tasks has been increasing at the same time, the MS loose extensive materials management can no longer meet the requirements of the rapid development of the power company, if it runs in accordance with the original model, the cost will be increased substantially. Along with the socialist market economy being active day by day,conform to the needs of enterprise development, innovation and enterprise material management model, and exploring the establishment of a modern logistics has become increasingly important.This program started with the MS company materials management problems to conduct the internal value chain analysis, Porter Five Forces Analysis and SWOT analysis, and fully utilized and learned from Shandong, Jiangsu and Chongqing Electric Power Enterprise implementation of materials management experience and results of the MS, combined with personal actual proposed design of the logistics supply chain management solutions based on business process intensification. The paper was divided into six parts, the first part outlined the background of the topics of significance, the research status of the theory at home and abroad and the main content and structural arrangements; the second part stated the inner link of the logistics supply chain and business process intensive; according to the domestic and international business processes and theory research on logistics supply chain management; the third part conducted value chain analysis on the present situation and problems of the MS company logistics management; the fourth part proceeded Porter five Forces Analysis and SWOT analysis on the MS company logistics management combined with domestic and foreign enterprises logistics management practices to lay the foundation for the implementation of logistics and supply chain management based on business intensification; the fifth part proposed the logistics supply chain management system framework based on business process intensification, and expounded the concrete steps; the sixth part summarized the benefits of the program、proposed the implementation of the caveats and deficiencies of the program, and prospected the logistics supply chain management development on the basis of summing up the full-text research,This program attempted to design to build a new municipal supply corporate materials management system, and be aimed at the company’s main business areas to promote the innovation of management system and working mechanism, transform organizational structure、innovative management methods、optimize business processes, maximize the integration of resources and business management, accomplish the transformation from the fragmentation unified collaborative, decentralized extensive shift to a focus on lean way, accumulate valuable experience on the key business process management the company continued in.
