The Forecast For Chinese Total Energy Consumption Based On Combination Model

Statistics is a subject for dealing the data. Statistics was founded in the middle of the seventeenth century, and divided into descriptive statistics and inferential statistics after three centuries. Descriptive statistics based on the past and happening; and inferential statistics can infer general characteristics from samples, the inference get statistics full of vitality.Based on Chinese energy consumption from1990to2007, the article established the ARXMA model and the GM (1,1) model, and analyzed these two models. We adopted the method of minimization variance to distribute weight to two single forecasting results, established combination forecast model, and predicted the total of our country energy consumption from2008to2013. Results showed that prediction results of the combination model are better than the prediction results of the two single models.
