Employee satisfaction is one of the important subjects on the research oforganizational behavior. With the continuous development of economic andimprovement of social civilization, more and more people suggest thatemployee satisfaction should be treated as equal as profitability and becomesone of the enterprise’s targets and mission which seek to. Employeesatisfaction is considered as a way of improving the performance of enterprisefrom mainstream view in order to achieve continuous development. Ignoringemployee satisfaction will affect the long-term development of enterprise butthis may be not reflected obviously in the short-term performance. Themanagement practices in so many of the excellent enterprises can prove itscorrectness mentioned above.In the context of changing the way of economic development andstructure, real estate companies in China face more severe challenges, andthe one which still rely on the extensive management mode is bound to beeliminated in the market so employee satisfaction management largelydetermine enterprise’s talent and competitive advantages. This study mainlyused a questionnaire-based survey, assisted by observation and interviewsthen combined the three methods. The population of sample is220that areemployees from eight real estate companies in Qingdao Economic andTechnological Development Zone providing data on affect factors of employeesatisfaction in the industry to be analyzed. From the study, the liquidity ofemployee in the real estate industry is high and individual satisfaction is low, sosome recommendations are given to improve employee satisfaction of realestate enterprise by the following: focus on employees in coordination with theenterprise’s growth and development, set up career plan for each employee,provide training, study and promotion opportunities within enterprise, establishand maintain fair work environment, eliminate the inequality, prejudice and discrimination caused by leadership behavior, combine both of physicalmotivation and spiritual motivation, enhance the flexibility of management andhumane in the real estate business, promote healthy competition that build onthe basis of staff job security, salary, benefits, and propose excellent corporateculture to make sure the general employee satisfaction improved.
