Job satisfaction is one of the important topics on the research of Human Resource Management. With the continuous development of economic and improvement of people’s material conditions, more and more people suggest job satisfaction should become the enterprise’s targets together with the profit. Some people considered job satisfaction as a way of improving the performance of enterprise in order to achieve continuous development. Although ignoring employee satisfaction will not affect the short-term development of enterprise, but in the end it may be reflected obviously in the long-term performance. The management practices in so many of the excellent enterprises can prove its correctness mentioned above.In the context of changing the structure of economic development, private real estate companies in China is facing more and more serious challenges. The extensive management mode has not adapted to the development of the real estate enterprises. Job satisfaction management largely determines enterprise’s talent and competitive advantages. This paper mainly used a questionnaire-based survey. The population of sample is159that are employees from W real estate companies providing data on affect factors of employee satisfaction in the industry to be analyzed. From the study, we find the individual job satisfaction reached the average level, so some recommendations are given to improve job satisfaction of real estate enterprise by the following:strengthen the construction of management system,focus on the applicability of the management system and it’s humanness; establish and maintain fair salary welfare system, combine both of internal and external equity; Improve the enterprise leadership behavior,eliminate the discrimination caused by leadership behavior;Strengthen the communication between the employees; set up career plan for each employee, provide training, study and promotion opportunities within enterprise, eventually improve the employee’s job satisfaction...
