Global economy is still fraught with uncertainty in2012. Not loose the remainingprestige of the financial tsunami, Europe’s debt crisis is simmering, China’s rapideconomic growth, while also facing the challenges of the second hit bottom of theworld economy. China also actively transform economic growth mode. In2010, thefirst adjustment of the sequence of the "Troika", the consumer’s position in China’seconomic growth mentioned first. This indicates that the Chinese government isdetermined to transform the economic growth model from export-oriented growthmodel to domestic consumption. Agent distribution companies in the end of theconsumption chain, is to promote growth in consumption. Meanwhile, the Chineseconsumer market fully liberalized in the accession to the WTO, agent distributioncompanies face a perfectly competitive market. Every business must meet how toimprove the competitiveness of enterprises, the challenge of an invincible position inthe market competition.Apparel consumption is an important part of the consumer life. Apparel agententerprises are mostly small and medium enterprises came from the family business,these enterprises are the main components of the consumer market, but also one of themost dynamic in the group. However, small and medium-sized apparel agententerprises are also facing the same predicament: lack of funds, lack of talent, lack ofsupport. How to survive in the fast-growing market and increasingly fierce challenge?IT is becoming more common today, the wider application of IT in the enterprise hasbecome the inevitable choice. Small and medium-sized apparel agent enterprisesinformation is the only way to survival and development, both lack of funds andshortage of talent for small and medium-sized apparel agency enterprise, but also hasthe characteristics of demand for apparel sales. How to choose the one suitable forsmall and medium-sized apparel agent information, and has a very important practicalsignificance for many companies.SME apparel agent C for the case, according to the Nolan stage model, and usethe survey method, quantitative, qualitative analysis and lessons learned method of Centerprises. From the status quo of enterprise information analysis, needs assessment,system planning and design, information technology implementation and effectivenessof evaluation aspects of research, summarized the SME apparel agent constructionexperience, and explore and discussion effective SME apparel agent informationtechnology methods, but also expect some reference to similar industries andenterprises.The innovation of this paper is to:(1) This paper attempts to study and analyzethe current mainstream of management information systems, and business practices,and define a set of management information systems in general practice value for theSME apparel agent to enhance the industry awareness and level of information;(2) by introducing the C enterprise management information system development model,selection, implementation, outcomes, and practice experience and lessons extracted,summarized, to provide meaningful practical experience in the information explorationfor the same types of businesses.(3) By designing, implementing management information systems classificationcombing company’s existing logistics, sales, marketing, business processes, combinedwith the application of information technology, to effectively solve the enterprise C’san existing information technology problem. Use and integration of existinginformation flow, logistics and cash flow, improve enterprise efficiency.The paper concludes: SME apparel agent must strengthen the understanding ofinformation technology, be taken into account for the advance of informationtechnology to a strategic level. Establishment of information technology strategicposition, adjust the organizational structure, the establishment of the mechanism ofcontinuous improvement, learning-oriented corporate culture in order to benefit first,business-oriented, in order to ensure the steady progress of information technology.
