As the international apparel brands flowing into Chinese market, fast fashion has become atrend, and great changes happened to consumers consumption concept. For the Chinese apparelenterprise, this is not only a chance, but also a challenge. Research shows, SPA introduces anintegration method from which the commodity plan,design,manufacture to retail are all underthe head office's control, making sure the goods satisfying the consumer's needs, reducing thecost, and quickly respond to consumer's needs in a short time. By introducing SPA, those famousapparel brands such as GAP in America, UNIQLO in Japan, H&M in Sweden, and ZARA inSpanish all gained great success.Research shows, applied research on SPA in Chinese apparel enterprise is at the start stage,we have some inadequacies in building and maintaining private brand,fast respond to market,satisfying consumer's needs. By analyzing the SPA applied research in international apparelenterprises, our solutions as follows:First, strengthened the strategic cooperation between enterprises upstream and downstream,reach an agreement on market demand information, effectively reduce the goods supply times.Second, enhancing private brand's establishment and maintain, start with consumer's needs,highlighting private brand's characteristic in satisfying consumer's needs.Thirdly, improving the operation management in chain store, highlighting the store's functionin collecting consumer's demand information, timely adjust the goods supply according to theconsume data message in the store;Fourth, building fast respond supply chain, enhancing respondents between enterprise's,factory to storage center to stores, realize goods timely supplement;Fifth, information's effectively sharing. Enhancing the information sharing of consumerneeds and goods, making information effectively shared between enterprises and departmentscome true under authorities. In conclusion, by using SPA in Chinese apparel enterprise which can make apparel brandshighlight the characteristics of consumer needs and quickly respond to market needs, to someextent improving our apparel enterprises competitiveness.
