Based on the support of the Government to China’s logistics enterprises that who encouraged to rapidly developed by loan from banks.stocks on the listed market.bond issue and acquisitions simultaneously the research favor and practical significance about corporate social responsibility (CSR), the paper focused on quarterly data totally16periods and treated the50listed logistics enterprises those in the A-circulation stock market as the samples and explored the correlation between paying for the social responsibility and improving business competence in which the former was explanatory variable and the latter was explained one and the software EVIEWS6.0was used to compare and come out the best method that Invariable Coefficient Panel models on the cross-section fixed effect to explore the changes of business competence when the listed logistics business carries out the social responsibility to Interested Parties on the supply chain.The paper proved there was a positive effect for business competence when the logistics enterprises carried out their CSR to stockholders suppliers&creditors and negative one to staffs&Government based on ROE. Besides, the paper revealed there was a positive effect when carrying out the CSR to stockholders creditors&staffs based on Tobin’s Q and a positive effect when carrying out the CSR to suppliers&stockholders simultaneously negative one to clients based on Inventory Turnover Finally was conclusive suggestions by the empirical model result as well from the Government, logistics enterprises&Industry Association.
