China’s rural credit cooperatives reform has made considerable achievements since2003.However, the results of the reform more thanks to the external driving force, rather than the internal forces of the system-improvement of rural credit cooperatives. There still exists the problem of property rights and control in corporate governance system of rural credit cooperatives and yet it has made no obvious change.This paper is based on the Theory of Institutional Change and the Theory of Institutional Arrangements, and making analysis about the problems and possible causes of nowadays corporate governance system of rural credit cooperatives, and further point out that the evaluation system and improving principles should be established in corporate governance system of rural credit cooperatives, and on this basis, further optimize property settings、adjust the incentive and restraint mechanisms、improve financial supervision and measures and overcome two legal systems. |
