The Research Of Corporate Governance Strcture Of Rural Credit Cooperatives Of China

The 17th session of the Communist Party of China passed the "Chinese Communist Party Central Committee on rural reform, development decisions on major issues" on October 12,2008. In that decision, our government clearly regards rural finance rural economic development in China as the key issues at present. As a specific system, China's rural economic development is far behind urban, and restricting reason of rural economic construction is lack of funds, in the view of the perspective of China's rural finance, rural credit cooperatives in the rural financial market has an extremely important role. It is worth noting, however, China's rural credit cooperatives in the property system and improving corporate governance outcomes are clearly inconsistent with the existence of the requirements of rural financial market development issues. In some ways, rural credit cooperatives were good corporate governance structure can serve to encourage and stabilize inflows of capital, but also conducive to the formation of a good rural credit cooperatives, supervision and constraint management system. It can effectively achieve the goals of management of rural credit cooperatives, reduce the credit arising in the course of business, the possibility of financial risks, the sound operation of rural credit cooperatives, which will further promote China's rural financial market development and prosperity.Based on the investigation of large number of documents and the actual situation, this paper discusses the corporate governance structure of rural credit cooperatives existing major problems from the development of rural credit cooperatives in China. In order to address corporate governance structure of rural credit cooperatives face many problems, the evolution of the trend of corporate governance structure of rural credit cooperatives was proposed, on the basis of the innovation of financial model of foreign cooperation, governance structure and trend. Rural credit cooperatives should credit incentives, organization and management, and various oversight mechanisms for continuously improving many aspects. China's rural credit cooperatives in the corporate governance structure of the theory of perspective involved in more research, on the basis of the experience, very few people involved in this from the perspective of the evolution of the corporate governance structure of rural credit cooperatives continually improved. Rural credit cooperatives in the study the evolution of corporate governance trends, and from the view of perspective of socio-economic development, innovative rural credit cooperatives put forward China's current corporate governance structure design. In order to achieve the design and further raised our corporate governance structure in the rural credit cooperatives reform proposals and strategies. Through the in-depth study of corporate governance structure of rural credit cooperatives conducted, and we further improve our corporate governance structure related to credit unions finance theory, but also have some theoretical reference effect in some extent for the other types of enterprises in China's corporate governance results.
