Further more, Beijing as the capital of China, attracting a large number ofalien population who are from other provinces because of the more developmentopportunities and space. And it must increase tremendous pressure to Beijing gov.Now Beijing gov. faces many practical problems about affordable housing systemwhich includes lacking of related legal system construction, imperfection of relatedmanagement mechanism, the big financing gap and so on. However, as the forerunner,Beijing should try more and more innovative measures to remove the limitations of thesystem’s development.
