The automotive industry is a pillar industry of our national economy. With theever increasing automotive production and ownership in our nation, theenvironmental problems caused by automotive products in the scrap recyclingprocess is becoming increasingly prominent. Nowadays, the domestic andinternational automobile market access system, which has added recyclability rateand content of hazardous substances indicator of automotive products has exerted acertain amount of pressure to product design and production of automobilemanufacturing companies. Therefore, the research on the recycling of automotiveproduct is imperative.Based on lots of literature published domestically and abroad, combined withthe key technologies for recycling of automotive products and RRR calculationmethod were pointed out, and the recycling information model of automobile wasconstructed in this dissertation. A car, which was saled on the market wasdismantled, and the dismantling principle, dismantling preparations, dismantlingprocess, dismantling method of typical components and dismantling data recordingwere illustrated. The collection methods and collection way of recycling data ofautomotive product was given.A complete set of information management system has been developedaccording to the established automotive product recycling information model.System requirements analysis, hardware and software architectures were given. Thekey technologies, development tools, database designing, and system functionalmodules were illustrated in the process of system development. Take the carmentioned above for example, related calculations are carried out to verify thefeasibility of the system.The topic of dissertation is combined with the strategic subject for recycleeconomics and sustainable development. The research perfects the theory of therecycling of automotive products and provides a feasible thoughts and basis for theproduct design, RRR calculation and the management of hazardous substances ofautomotive manufacturer.
