| Driven by the increasing environmental pollution,resource scarcity and economic benefits,a substantial amount of enterprises have devoted themselves into the business of the end-of-life products recycling and treatment and reengineering in the field of construction machinery.In the practice of recycling and processing of construction machinery,a large amount of information runs through the whole process of product demand analysis,design,process,procurement,manufacturing,sales,service until the final scrap and recycling in the whole life cycle of recycled products.If the manufacturer has difficulty in obtaining key information,it will increase the difficulty of manufacturer’s recovery and increase the cost of recycling and recycling.The application of product life cycle information can solve this problem.Therefore,based on the current situation and difficulties of product recycling in construction machinery industry.Therefore,based on the status and difficulties of product recycling in construction machinery industry,this paper studies the recycling pricing and decision-making of construction machinery products by means of Grey-DEMATEL,game theory,weighted score and grade evaluation,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The specific contents are as follows.Firstly,it summarizes the current situation of construction machinery industry from three aspects: recycling mode,product regeneration and application of product life cycle information,and studies the problems of recycling treatment of construction machinery products by GreyDEMATEL method.Secondly,the proportion coefficient of investment and recovery rate of product life cycle information platform is introduced to build a model,which proves that it is economical to carry out recovery business in the whole life cycle of investment products.Thirdly,supposing that the closed-loop supply chain system includes a manufacturer and an agent,the pricing game model of manufacturer-led recycling under the information sharing of product life cycle is constructed.Based on the information sharing of product recycling and processing cost,studying the manufacturer how to make the optimal recovery strategy in the non-cooperative decision-making and cooperative decision-making game.Fourthly,an internal and external index system is built around the quality of recycled products,which provides preliminary technical guidance for the quality grade prediction and recycling pricing of recycled products through weighted score and grade pre-evaluation.Fifthly,the hierarchical structure of decision-making and evaluation system for construction machinery processing is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process,and the weight matrix is determined.The fuzzy comprehensive membership matrix is determined by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The final evaluation matrix is obtained by combining the two methods.On the one hand,the final evaluation matrix can be substituted into the final evaluation matrix for the decision-making of construction machinery processing based on the quality grade pre-evaluation of recycled parts to judge whether pre-evaluation level is reasonable;on the other hand,decision-making can be sorted and better decision-making can be selected.Sixthly,putting forward guarantee measures for the development of recycling and processing of construction machinery products from the perspective of government / industry and enterprise. |
