A food recall system evaluation system is established.Chapter three is carried out a detailed comparative study of Chinese and foreignfood recall system, through indicators of the system evaluation system.The fourth chapter revealed the problems of China’s food recall system based onthe comparison of Chinese and foreign food recall system analysis, and proposesrecommendations for a better food recall system.
