In recent years, there has had a series of food safety incidents in China, the Sanlumilk powder incident in2008is to make food safety issues become the focus ofpublic concern. Food safety incident, first of all to study and formulate long-termmechanism to strengthen food safety supervision, but also food production enterprisesto improve the quality and safety management measures, effectively assume thequality and safety of the main responsibility to prevent the problem from happeningagain.However, even if done the above requirements, objectively speaking, we still cannot completely avoid the food safety issues. This needs to be strengthened after themanagement of food safety issues, damage to a minimum the problem of food to thepublic. One of the measures to respond effectively to food safety recall system isfound on food safety issues. In this research, the impact on food recall managementsystem for the study of comparative analysis. First of all, by the food recallmanagement system concepts and features elaborate analysis reveals that the foodrecall system of food safety management system, food recall management model andfood recall procedures management system evaluation system indicators. Second,comparative study law, citing the law research methods, the use of food recallmanagement system evaluation index system of a comparative study and analysis ofdomestic and foreign food recall system to come to China’s food recall system existsthe system is imperfect recall system, management decentralized food recall, foodrecall system immaturity and other issues, and legal system of the perfect food recallin China, setting the uniform food recall management agencies, the establishment of afood traceability system to further improve China’s food recall systemrecommendations. Through this study, will complement the research of China’s foodrecall system, and in practice to further improve China’s food recall system.The first chapter introduces the research background, research problem,objectives and significance of the study.The second chapter focuses on the basic concept and features of the food recallsystem. A food recall system evaluation system is established.Chapter three is carried out a detailed comparative study of Chinese and foreignfood recall system, through indicators of the system evaluation system.The fourth chapter revealed the problems of China’s food recall system based onthe comparison of Chinese and foreign food recall system analysis, and proposesrecommendations for a better food recall system.
