Research On The Construction And Business Development Of Self-service Banking Channels Of Nanjing Mingsheng Bank

With rapid growth of information technology, self-service facilities become more and more important. Self-service facilities could service customers more safe and quickly. The self-service facilities are in good running condition of technique. The study of self-transactions gradually become important and more and more scholars notice the study area.Firstly, this thesis clarifies the research background, purpose and meaning, contents, methods and ideas of the study. After that, this thesis also includes the literature review in order to find the starting point and the theoretical basis. Secondly, This thesis analyzed the external environment and internal environment which Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch’s self-service channels is facing now. According to SWOT analysis, finds out the critical issue the bank is facing. The thesis studied how to build up and maintain self service channels. By doing that, first of all, the author did the customer segmentation. And then localizing the target marketing. Author researched how they build their self-service banking at the beginning which includes how Minsheng Nanjing Branch chose their location and innovating the self-service banking operation model. Last but not least, this thesis did research on how to optimize self-service facilities management of Minsheng Bank.The thesis mainly improves the management of self-service facilities and set up good Self Service Banking of Minsheng Bank. This thesis set up reform project of the Minsheng Bank’s self-device equipments, which is useful, meaningful and practical. This thesis tries to optimization the equipments resource allocation, which is also useful for other commercial bank.
