The Research On Private Finance To Support China’s Small-and-Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

Along with the further economy reform, the non-governmental economy hasbeen the most important motive to accelerate our country’s sustainable economicgrowth. The Small-and-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the impetus of economicgrowth and will play more and more important role in the future. But at present,private finance has long been a financial support of Small-and-Medium Enterpriseswho has serious financing difficulties. Although the folk finance are in serious crisis,but its for the real economy still has great practicability, to promote the small andmedium-sized enterprises and even the entire national economy development has avery important role. This article from the private financial perspective, from boththeory and practical experience to for the informal financial system demonstrated inthe important role of small and medium enterprise financing.There are three parts. The first section includes the introduction and chapters I,II, on private finance and SMEs were defined separately, described the currentsituation, existing problems and reasons discussed. The second part consists ofchapter IV, demonstrates the feasibility of private financial support for SMEfinancing, comparative advantage on the basis of previous chapters, and pointed outthat private finance is an important financing channel of SMEs through empiricalresearch. The third part is the fifth chapter, focus by building on private financing ofSMEs experience at home and abroad, make regulating nongovernmental financialmeasures as well as how to guide governmental financing of SMEs, thereby clearingthe obstacles for SME development.In particular civil lending under the new situation, how to reform the civilfinance, settlement "over more than two difficult" problem, make them morestandardized, guided private financial support for SMEs financing has great practicalsignificance.
