The Financing Research Of SMSE Based On The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMSE in short)are one of important andindispensable part of social economic development and function, it takes veryimportant part in prosperity, expending employment, innovation and promotingdevelopment abroad, however, to domestic SMSE, finacing has always been a hugeobstacle stop them from the way of developing. Domestic SMSE have very limitedresources for finacing, and it’s difficulty and costy, it’s hard for most of them to getfinacial support to survive and develop.Based on primary finacing manner of SMSE, this article analysed the difficulty offinacing for these enterprises, and introduced and analysed the finacing environmentof domestic SMSE in the perspective of finacial zoology, introduced the conceptionof supply chain and supply chain finacing. Supply chain is a alliance which themember enterprises support each other and fouce on the core one, strengthen thewhole supply chain and realize win-win by cooperating. Supply chain finacing isthe result of internal adjustment of finacial zoology, it research and solve the finacingproblem of SMSE in the perspective of supply chain, it provide new direction andchannal, which make the situation much better for SMSE.Based on expatiate on the basic conception and characteristic of supply chain finacing, thisarticle conclude systemicly that there are two modes of supply chain finacing for SMSE, whichinclude the one initiated by commercial bank or other institution, and analyse products of supplychain finacing in details. By case analysis, in the end of this article, explain how the modes ofsupply chain finacing work in sovling the problem of lacking finacing support, SMSE them andthe whole supply chain would both benefit from it.
