Research On Supply Chain Management System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Based On ASP

Supply chain management (SCM) is a new management theory, which has received more and more attention. SCM is a systematic, integrative and agile management mode. Technologies of supply chain can make many enterprises be alliance, and then these enterprises form an organic wholeness, so they have strongly market competitiveness. If small and medium-sized enterprises want to survive and develop in intense competition market, they should change traditional management mode into supply chain management. In view of the characteristics of our small and medium-sized enterprises, the dissertation puts forward a supply chain management for small and medium-sized enterprises based on ASP (Application Service Provider), and studies the structure of the platform and the application service and related technology.The SCM service of ASP includes SCM system and the platform for sharing and exchanging information, so small and medium-sized enterprises could promote the management level and reinforce cooperation with each other. The dissertation focuses on ASP-SCM for small and medium-sized enterprises, so firstly, it gives an introduction of SCM's the research situation and ASP's application, and then discusses SCM's main content and operation mechanism. On this basis, it points out the problem of the management model of small and medium-sized enterprises. Secondly it analyzes the key of carrying out SCM for small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forword an implementation method for small and medium-sized enterprises' SCM. After that the dissertation constructs the overall framework and designs the platform's application service and users's authority of ASP-SCM for small and medium-sized enterprises. And then, the dissertation studies the structure of the SCM system for small and medium-sized enterprises, and divides business process of SCM subsystem and the function of subsystem. It discusses how to generalize the ASP-SCM among small and medium-sized enterprises. The dissertation is ended with the summarization of research work and the prospect of the further research work.
