In the product or process design it often meets with a common problem, how tochoose the ideal parameter level,that includes considering many kinds ofcharacteristic of the response, called response surface problem.Although in thepractical life much response surface problem is very important, optimization plan androbustness of the development also have been some attention.This paper discusses thepresent more complex response, the correlation between the response of thecomplicated problem robustness design optimization method is analyzed andsummarized, we investigate some more complex response optimization technologyand robustness design, compares the advantages and disadvantages of variousmethods, and consider the optimization method robustness, and satisfaction functionmethod and so on, and its optimization. Research results show that the optimizationrobustness satisfaction function method can very good balance of more complex thanthe optimization of the response and robustness problems, could be a solution to themodern industrial products only consider optimization ignore stability and led to "therecall door "constantly.This paper makes a study of the more complex response optimized design ofrobustness problems and their solutions.
