With the diversification of customer demand,it is often necessary to consider the multiple response quality characteristics of a product in the process of designing new products.However,due to the influence of controllable and uncontrollable factors in practical engineering,it is difficult to consider both robustness and optimality,which results in product design of structure parameters is not reliable and accelerates the degradation of product performance,especially in medical equipment,aviation launch,and MEMS high precision and advanced in the field.Therefore,in this paper,the problem of how to consider the robustness and optimality of compliant mechanisms in multiple response design is discussed,a robust optimization design method based on DRSM and satisfaction function method is proposed,the main research work is as follows:(1)In view of compliant mechanisms multiple response design,the nonlinear relationship between response quality characteristics and design variables is presented,which leads to the difficulty of constructing a fitting optimization design model,a multiple response optimization design method based on RSM and satisfaction function method is proposed.In this method,the experimental design is carried out by using the central composite bounded design(CCI)method;then the response surface methodology(RSM)is used to construct the multiple response optimization design model;finally,the multiple responsive issue was transformed into the simplified solution problem of maximized satisfaction function,the optimal design scheme under the condition of multiple response constraints is obtained,the design scheme is validated and compared with other methods.The results show that the method is effective,which can be used as a basis for the compliant mechanisms following optimization design.(2)In response to compliant mechanisms multiple response design,the determination of the weight of each response is lack of objective basis,which makes it difficult to comprehensively and objectively compare the differences of each design scheme,proposes a new method of optimal design based on entropy weight theory and satisfactory degree function method.The method on the basis of the above,through the introduction of entropy weight theory to analyze the experimental design data,it reflects the importance of each response.Compared with the third chapter method of this paper,the results show that the method is effective and can be used as the basis for solving the compliant mechanisms robust optimization problem.(3)Aiming at the problem of how to consider both robustness and optimality in compliant mechanisms multiple response design,a new robust optimization design is proposed based on DRSM and satisfaction function method.This method is based on the above.Firstly,the dual responsive surface method(DRSM)were introduced considering the mean and standard deviation of multiple responses quality characteristics,and the response surface model of mean and variance were fitted.Then,the multiple responsive issue was transformed into the simplified solution problem of maximized satisfaction function.The robust optimization design plan that meet the constraint condition was obtained.Finally,the method is tested and compared with only considering the robust method and only considering the optimality method(the fourth chapter method of this paper).The results show that this method can provide a new way to solve the multiple response problem of compliant mechanisms.
