Development Of Mould Product Lifecycle Management System

The informationization of management system is an important developing direction ofenterprise management. So, facing the rapidly changing market demand, fast involvedinformation technology and all kinds of new management theories, if the mould productionenterprise wants to improve the ability of adaptability and competition, it must follow themarket development and build a set of efficient management information system. Theinformationization of management system is now a very important direction of research anddevelopment for the mould production enterprise too.The paper mainly focuses on the development of MPLM information system and itsapplication in H company. Firstly，the current management information system in the moulddevelopment department of the enterprise is analyzed. Based on the analysis and combinedwith the development of information technology and the requirement of the moulddepartment, the demand of a new information system is given out. According to therequiment of operation management and management information system development, thecompany’s operation procedure and organization structure are rationalized. Secondly,finished the design of information system structure, module, procedure, database, etc..Finally, the paper introduced the exploitation process of operation management module,planning and control model, design and assembly module, etc., and the process ofimplementation of schedule management module.The paper studied all the processes of the development of MPLM management system,including procedure optimization, module development，database design, system applicationmodule development and implementation, etc. The paper is a systematical introduction of theinformationzation of mould development department of H company.
