ZETT is a state-owned enterprise specializing in the construction of backbone power grids such as transmission lines and substations with voltage levels of 220 kV and above in Zhejiang Province.In recent years,the company has more and more types of labor teams,and the amount of information about relevant personnel has increased geometrically.However,the existing human resources management and control system only collects employee information,and the content of the information is limited to electronic registration.At the same time,due to the characteristics of multi-organization,multi-level and cross-regional enterprises,the problem of chaotic human resource management has become increasingly prominent.This paper takes the module design of ZETT Human Resource Management System(HRMS)as the research object.Based on the relevant project examples at home and abroad,the paper implements a set of HRMS project implementation to solve the current enterprise human resource management problem.First of all,grasp the opinions and suggestions of the company at all levels in the face of the status quo of human resources management,and grasp the direction of project implementation.Secondly,through the sampling questionnaire survey,the actual demand situation is formed,and the short-term goals and medium-and long-term goals are reasonably set.Thirdly,the Delphi method is used to determine the main management process,build the internal logic relationship,complete the design of the corresponding module in HRMS,and develop the system interface.Finally,the system runs online,sets key evaluation indicators,compares key factors,and proposes optimization strategies.The implementation of the project has the following conclusions: ZETT HRMSsolves five major problems that plague enterprise development: centralized management of human resources,information concentration and sharing,business collaboration,decision support,and internal management of enterprise management.The system effectively improves the overall human resource management level of the enterprise,conforms to the direction of enterprise transformation and development,reduces the risk of business management and plays a positive role in the development of the enterprise.Further,propose recommendations for work improvement,including the link between the Intranet and the Internet,improve the human resources management of production projects,improve the “three in one” linkage of performance,salary and training,and improve the strategic management level of the enterprise human resources.
