Tianjin Food Engineering Center Management Optimization Study

“12th Five-Year” period, under the development of Tianjin economic andnational science and technology strategic, Tianjin accelerates the development: thetechnological innovation system with enterprises as the mainstay, the knowledgeinnovation system with colleges as the main body, and the technological servicesystem with various types of intermediary service institutions as the mainstay. TianjinEngineering Center showed concern development activity as part of the citytechnological innovation system. They achieved many results and also invested hugefunds, equipment and personnel at the same time. The operation will directly affectthe relevant industry technology and industry development.In this context, firstly, Tianjin City Engineering Center building, mananement,and development are reviewed. Through the analysis of the factors of the currentorganizational structure, asset management, personnel status of the center, we pointout the problems of the center, find out the countermeasure to solve the problem, andstrive to optimize the construction of the center through its own management thebenefit. Secondly, we determine the future direction of development of the center, andachieve the strategic objectives of the strategy adopted. We analysis the centerdevelopment present situation and the existence question foundation, through thePEST method, including macro environment, technological environment faced, usingthe SWOT analysis method to analysis of the present stage of the center operatingenvironment in the presence of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities andthreats. Finally, the optimization strategy of the management were analyzed andsummarized.
