| Technological innovation is the basis for the survival of every science and technology enterprises.It is an important path for successful enterprises to achieve the iterative upgrading of products and win the competitive advantage of the market through technological innovation.The outline of the national "14th Five-Year" development plan clearly put forward: adhere to innovation-driven development,improve the ability of enterprise technology innovation,innovation as the core of enterprise development power is becoming the management content of many enterprises,and the development of technology innovation management system plays a decisive role.This paper takes Ningbo Bull Electric Appliance Company as a case study,through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case study and so on,and takes the comprehensive innovation management theory as the main theoretical basis for the research on the technology innovation management of Ningbo Bull Electric Appliance Company.This paper studies the connotation,main characteristics and main factors of the theory of total innovation management.After the interview with Ningbo Bull Electric Appliance,it is found that there are some problems in the construction of the existing technology innovation management system of Ningbo Bull Company,such as the lack of independence of the technology innovation organization,the implementation of the technology innovation process is not strict,the technology innovation mechanism is not perfect,and the ownership of the technology innovation resources is not clear.The main reasons are the lack of organizational design of technological innovation,the lack of supervision of technological innovation process implementation,the lack of overall pertinence of technological innovation mechanism,and the lack of overall planning of technological resources investment.Based on the experience of technology innovation management of Haier,DHI Nuclear Power and 3M Company,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures and suggestions of technology innovation management system of Ningbo Bull Company from the aspects of innovation resource input,innovation ability formation,innovation ability improvement and innovation achievement output.In order to improve the technology innovation management system of Ningbo Bull Company,the optimization measures including perfecting the management organization of technology innovation,strictly implementing the management process of technology innovation,establishing the supervision and guarantee mechanism of technology innovation,perfecting the incentive mechanism of technology innovation and improving the investment of technology innovation resources are formulated.The research of this paper provides a case reference in optimizing the technological innovation system of manufacturing enterprises and improving their technological innovation ability,and can also systematically help such enterprises to optimize and improve technological innovation,which has strong guiding significance. |
