With the rapid development of the global economy, collaboration has gradually become one of the main work styles to promote science and technology development. In the area of scientific research. Scholars have the phenomenon of cooperation with each other or the discussion about academic problems which have proved that the scientific cooperation has become an irreversible trend in the future. In the great wave of reform and opening up, China’s scientific research has made considerable progress What’s the current status of China’s scientific research? Are there some valuable rules in it? Is there some difference between different disciplines? Systematic study of these issues has a great significance to the development of disciplines in China.Based on the research background above, this thesis has made a comparison study of scientific collaboration from a multidisciplinary perspective. By descriptive statistics and variance analysis, this paper could get the following results:Firstly, golden ages in different disciplines has a significant difference Second, the regions of different disciplines’ authors present geographical concentration. Third, Scientific collaborations in different disciplines which includes the rate of cooperation, co-index, and collaboration patterns have a significant difference. The fourth result shows the scientific collaboration has a significant difference of the citations of scientific papers which has been reflected in the number of authors, collaboration patterns, and the level of education. The last result illustrates that scientific collaboration has a significant difference of papers’ citations among different disciplines which is reflected in author’s gender, numbers, and collaboration pattern. All in all, this paper has summaried the conclusion of this study, expounded the management meaning and also proposed future research directions in the research limitations.
