Based on analysis of the competitive trends and existing problems,the paper studied the influencing factors of agricultural means supply chain collaboration at the strategic level,then constructed the supply chain performance evaluation system to make a quantitative analysis on the specific cases.At the tactical level,the paper studied the collaborative method from forecasting,sales and inventory,and distribution.The main works of the paper had been finished as follows:(1)Applied structural equation to analyze the collaboration influencing factors of agricultural distribution supply chain.The model verified that supply chain partnership,information sharing,benefit sharing,resource sharing,hardware and software facilities had different direct effects on supply chain collaboration.(2)Proposed the supply chain demand forecasting framework and established the double time series decomposition and combination forecasting model to analyze the sales forecast of agricultural supply chain.The empirical study proved that the model was superior to other single prediction models in prediction accuracy.Then,established order forecast cooperation model based on CPFR.The study showed that the model could effectively alleviate the impact of the bullwhip effect.(3)Established a two-objective distribution and inventory collaboration model based on total cost and time satisfaction,and then designed an improved genetic algorithm based on elite reservation to optimize the model.Through the empirical research on the most common secondary distribution systems,the degree of influence of order lead time,unit inventory cost and unit transportation cost on total system cost was quantified,which could provide a basis for scientific decision-making.(4)Established a collaborative delivery cost target optimization model of multi-retailer-multi-order customer with time window constraints,and designed simulated annealing genetic algorithm to optimize the model.Through the study of the case,the paper analyzed the results of customer satisfaction constraints and non-existence of customer satisfaction constraints.Then,compared the difference between the distribution efficiency of collaboration distribution and individual distribution,and further proved the validity and practicability of the model and algorithm.(5)Applied fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate the collaboration performance of agricultural means supply chain from four aspects:cooperation and sharing ability,information sharing ability,benefit-winning ability and resource sharing ability.The quantitative analysis of the collaboration degree between enterprises could provide decision support for collaborative management of the supply chain.
