The Research On The Risk Control Of The Real Estate Credit Business Of The Handan Branch Of CCB

Real estate credit business of commercial banks was a spur to economic growth inChina, and has played a positive role in the prosperity of the real estate market, but thepressure of the credit risk is increasing when facing the economic downturn, the modechange of economic development and the practical requirements of the real estate marketregulation strengthen, therefore, how to identify, prevent and resolve credit risk whiledeveloping the real estate credit business stably has become the most important problemthat need to be studied and solved.On the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad, this paper uses themethods of combining theory with practice, macroeconomic analysis with situationanalysis, and normative discourse with empirical analysis to study the problem. On oneaspect, based on the analysis of real estate credit business risk profile of commercial banks,the main risk points and original causes, the paper put forward specific requirements forrisk prevention and control at the macro level, which include determining a reasonablescale of credit, establishing the accessing system in real estate credit business, improvingthe management mechanism of checks and balances in the credit process, and enhancingthe closed management of project funds. On the other aspect, considering thecharacteristic of Handan, the comparative analysis using actual data reveals thecharacteristics of the development of the regional real estate market, the risk profile ofcredit business. The paper comes up with effective ways to prevent and reduce risk in theconcrete operational level, with an emphasis on the important prevention and control ofthe three links in a loan project.
