With the development of the economy, the competition among the major domestic commercial banks is gradually fierce. The customer is the fundamental source of the corporate profit. All the banks try their best to seize the customer resources and explore effective customer service strategies. The needs of the people are increasing as times improving. The banks must improve their service strategies to meet the increasing and various needs of the customers.The famous "Pareto principle" states that80%of the output comes from20%of the input. Though the proportion of the high-end customers of commercial banks in China is small at the present time, it is the main source of profit of the banks. Thus, it has strategic significance for the banks to research on the high-end customer service, exploit the high-end customer market and do well to the customer relationship management to improve the benefit and the sustainable development ability of the banks.This paper researches on the high-end customer service of the Jining Agricultural Bank of China by the practical cases and figures out the management problems of the high-end customer service, At last it finds out the strategies and methods of the high-end customer service and this is helpful for the Jining Agricultural Bank of China to improve the benefit and keep long-term development.
