Based on the current development of China Telecom CDMA business and mobiletermination, this articlestudies and explores on the management and sales organizationstrategies of mobile termination during the transformation period from2G to3G mobileInternet age. In the course of the study, the article first explains and analyses the changesand challenges of3G Mobile Internet age from the angle ofindustrial structure and themarket changes of mobile servicebusiness and mobile termination industry. Secondly, thearticle points out the general direction of the management of China Telecom mobiletermination by reference and analysis of thesuccessful mobile termination marketingstrategies of telecom operatorsdomestic and overseas. Then, the author proceeds toanalyze and explore the overall sales strategies of China Telecom mobile termination.Finally, concrete measures on how to strategically improve mobile termination sales aremade.This article introduces the overall development of3G business in China and abroad,the changes in the model of sales and structure of channels of domestic mobile terminationmarket, and the transformations and challenges brought by the internet. It presents thecharacters of sales strategies of mobile termination by domestic and foreign telecomoperators in the face of mobile internet era, compares and analyzes the current situation ofChina Telecom mobile termination sales, and then provides inspirations and guidance withit. Then Operational strategy is put forward within the framework of4P, namely, product,channel, price and promotion. Finally, Specific measures are concluded on how toimprove sales of China Telecom mobile termination in the following areas, establishingdirect supply system, expanding retail channels, implementing experiential marketing, andetc.
