| With the rapid development of information technology and theincreasing role of human resources management in enterprises, enterprisemanagers are increasingly aware of the importance of the human resourcemanagement system and also hope to regulate the business process,concentrate the information and improve the transparency of human resourcesmanagement through the implementation of system.The paper firstly makes a literature review on the development of humanresource management system and the domestic and foreign human resourcesmanagement informationization research by the method of literature survey. Itanalyzes the difficulties and problems of the group enterprises in theconstruction of human resources management system. Then the paper studiesthe application of human resources management system in the dual role ofhuman resources manager and IT project participant. Based on the specialenvironment of domestic telecommunication operators, the paper discussesand analyzes using demand faced to different level customers, decompositesand teases the function module and structures each subsystem module.Combined with the future informatization of Modern Corporation, the paperputs forward the suitable application architecture design fortelecommunication operators or the same type of company in the humanresource management information system. Finally, after the completion ofconstruction, the paper innovatively introduces the evaluation system andhas a multilevel evaluation for the internal human resource managementinformation system. This paper uses lots of first-hand documents of one domestictelecommunication operator to do the research and analysis,and it also usesauthor’s real experiences and the results discussed with other projectparticipants.It has an important reference value for the same type enterprises. |
