The Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility And The Performance In Different Stage Of Corporate

Today’s business environment is complicated, and corporate social responsibility becomes the focus of the society, which can promote the development of the enterprise and society. However, the absent of the corporate social responsibility is common. SanLu group "melamine major food safety accidents" and WanDaShan injection events made a bad influence to the social public and themselves. On the contrary, WangLaoji group won the reputation of "drink WangLaoji if you are Chinese" because of the highest donation for the Sichuan earthquake. The donation not only helps the people in the disaster, but also promotes the performance of WangLaoji.However, different industries and different stages of development are individual, which is called the life circle of the enterprise. Life circle is a pair of invisible hands, which controls the track of the corporate. People in different stage of age should do take equivalent responsibilities. The same truth is suitable to the different corporate in different stages of life circle.First of all, the situation of economic at home or abroad is introduced, and the necessary of life circle is expounded. Then, dates from319corporate from2006to2008are selected and disposed. And the life circle of these dates is clear. Next, descriptive statistics analysis and regression analysis are realized by the software SPSS. Finally, the author summarizes the relations between corporate social responsibilities and performance in sight of the life circle, and makes some assumes in the future.
