The Reviews Of The Literature Of The Enterprises’ Performance Evaluation

For enterprise performance evaluation, domestic and foreign scholars had made a lot of research results, which not only the performance evaluation of enterprise-specific methods of reseach and development, more common method of performance evaluation on a variety of analytical and empricical research.Currently, foreign studies on business performance evaluation of the specific and general methods of the extensive research has been gradually improving,but domestic studies on the evaluation of enterprise performance is only just beginning.The most important is the China’s Tai literature papers of the paper of evaluation of enterprise performance evaluation is more few,which is the context of the paper,I want to outlook the development trend of the enterprise performance evaluation.Thorughing review the relevant literature of enterprise performance evaluation, we can obtain general understanding of the basic theories and the methords of the enterpr-ise performance evaluation,also helps people on a deep understanding of enterprise performance evaluation and research,and also contribute to the development of ration-al use and continuous development of the enterprise performance evaluation system.This study first propose the significance of the paper,the paper divide the perform ance evaluation literature into theoretical foundation,corporate performance evaluati-on methods and enterprise-specific methods of performance evaluation. Theoretical foundation in enterprise performance evaluation reviews of the literature contains pr incipal-agent theory,target management theory, strategic management theory and bu-dget management theory;the enterprise-specific methods of performance evaluation reviews of the literature contain the financial model are evaluation methods,value model evaluation methods,evaluation equilibrium model methods;the common metho-ds of evaluation contain DEA, factor analysis, principal component analysis,hierarch-ical analysis, fuzzy evaluation methods.Finally,on the basis of enterprise performance evaluation,I made a outlook of the development trend of the the enterprise performan-ce evaluation,and put forward the research problems.
