Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Technological Innovation Of Shandong Province Private Enterprise

Practice and research shows that: Innovation is the source of corporate profits and thebasic driving force for enterprise development.With the rapid economic development, theprivate economy in China’s national economy is becoming more and more in today’s society.Private enterprises have become the main players in the market economy. Private enterprises arestill burdened with85percent of Chinese new employment population. However, privateenterprises, although the rapid development, but little has been done, do not strong, do not long.The main reason lies in the innovation of civilian battalion enterprise resource scarcity, theexistence of the problem such as inadequacy of ability of innovation.Therefore, privateenterprises, technical innovation research has become an important choice to follow thedevelopment, improve the economic level.This paper firstly made a summarization of technological innovation in privateenterprise. Including the concepts of private enterprise and technological innovation,analysed the characters，advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation inprivate enterprise, discussed the basic process and mode selection of technologicalinnovation in private enterprise. Secondly,learn from successful experiencetechnological innovation at home and abroad. Then,based on the research report ofprivate enter prise in Shandong province, making descriptive statistical analysis fortechnological innovation of private enterprise in Shandong province. It includes thebottleneck of resource class，technological type, management class and policy class.Correlation analysis on production ability and input capacity for technologicalinnovation. Further obtained the degree of influence of technological innovation intechnological innovation in the private enterprises in Shandong Province.Finally, thecountermeasure against that the question of technological innovation of privateenterprise in Shandong province is proposed correspondingly. Including thestrengthening of human resources development and utilization, and improve theincentive mechanism, strengthen government support, intellectual propertyprotection.
